Shipping Information
For shipping cost outside the USA, Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us before placing order. All orders placed from outside the USA, Hawaii or Alaska without approval will be cancelled.
All shipments are made via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Some items will be shipped with signature required, UPS will make 3 attempts and then return it to us. If it is returned you will be responsible for the shipping to get it back to you if this happens.
Physical addresses ONLY (Sorry NO P.O. boxes, military bases unless prior approval is obtained with 360 Decor.)
No Sales Tax.
Please allow 5-10 business days to receive item depending on your location.
We try to keep all of our products in stock, however at times beyond our control the item may be on backorder. In the event of a backordered item, you will be notified within 24 hours of purchase. We will inform you of the estimated time of shipment, if not acceptable we will refund 100% of your purchase price.
Return Policy
We proudly stand behind the quality of the products that we sell. You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within 20 days of receiving your order. We will refund the total sales amount, less a 10% restocking fee and any shipping charges. The merchandise must also be in new condition, packed in its original manufacturers box and include all original packaging material.
Note: We will only refund any shipping costs and waive the restocking fee if the return is a result of our error.
Any claims for damaged items in shipping must be submitted to us within (3) business days after delivery. We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund if notified after (3) business days.
If the return is the result of our error, the shipping charge to return it to us will be reimbursed when the item is received.
